"GPTBOT AI RENTAL" RENTAL CONDITIONS

These terms regulate, on one hand, the conditions of use of the GPTBOT AI RENTAL software (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms of Use") and the rental conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Rental Conditions") on the website https://aiental.pro and the mobile application (individually, the "Website" and the "Application," respectively, and collectively, the "Platforms") of AI RENTAL, by any person accessing them (hereinafter, the "User" or "tenant"). Hereinafter, the Terms of Use and the Rental Conditions may be jointly referred to as the "Terms." AI Rental, Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The aforementioned parties will be referred to collectively as the "Parties".

STATEMENTS

1. That "AI Rental" has an AI (Artificial Intelligence) that automatically performs trading operations in the client's account. And the lessee is interested in using "GPTBOT-AIRENTAL" in their account.

2. That the characteristics of the trading system, as well as its benefits and risks, are detailed at https://airental.pro, and the lessee knows and accepts them.

3. That the system works by connecting "GPTBOT-AIRENTAL" to the lessee's account through "User Keys".

4. That the Broker's account where the AI will be connected legitimately belongs to the lessee and is properly validated.

OBJECT

The lessee's use of the software tools (GPTBOT-AIRENTAL) in the Forex market. The agreement allows installing AI that automates cryptocurrency trading operations in a PAMM account in the lessee's account using User Keys.

The AI is currently compatible with the following Brokers: AXI. To get started, the lessee must deposit funds with the Broker of their choice, generate a User Key. Once the User Key is created, the lessee can access the platform panel from https://cpanel.airental.pro/. In the "Forex Crypto" tab, they will select one of the four available plans. The system will automatically direct them to the services section, where they can complete the connection.

If the lessee disconnects or deletes the User Keys, GPTBOT-AIRENTAL will not be able to operate or monitor the account. The URL https://airental.pro explains the functioning of the AI. Any modifications or expansions in the AI model will be communicated by "AI Rental" before being put into operation.

CLAUSES

1. The lessee cannot place buy or sell orders, nor open positions in the account where the AI is connected, as this could severely destabilize its operation.

2. The lessee must notify "AI Rental" before making withdrawal operations in the Broker's account and must wait for instructions from "AI Rental" on how to proceed, as this could severely destabilize the AI.

3. "AI Rental" is not responsible for any losses incurred from GPTBOT-AIRENTAL's operations. If the lessee disconnects the User Keys, they are responsible for the open operations that remain in their account.

4. If the lessee wishes to disconnect GPTBOT-AIRENTAL, they must notify it in the "AI Rental" support panel and keep the support ticket number.

5. "AI Rental" will have 72 working hours to process the request. Once the request is processed, "AI Rental" will send a confirmation email to the lessee.

6. If the lessee wishes to change plans, they must notify it in the "AI Rental" support panel and keep the support ticket number.

8. The lessee is strictly prohibited from replicating or imitating the transactions carried out by GPTBOT-AIRENTAL in their own account, whether in sub-accounts, accounts on other exchanges, or accounts belonging to third parties. In addition to constituting a violation of this contract, it could result in a deterioration of GPTBOT-AIRENTAL's functioning and cause consequential losses. It is important to note that GPTBOT-AIRENTAL has detection mechanisms to identify any attempt at copying.

9. If such practice is detected, AI Rental will take the appropriate legal measures, claiming all the generated benefits.

10. The lessee is obligated to maintain the following amounts in the Exchange account, depending on the chosen plan:

Entrepreneurial Plan: Requires 1000 USD Investment in Forex. This fee will be billed monthly at a price of 24.99 USDT. You get 2 points when you purchase this plan.

Professional Plan:Requires 2000 USD Investment in Forex. This fee will be billed monthly at a price of 49.99 USDT. You get 4 points when you purchase this plan.

Deluxe PlanRequires 5000 USD Investment in Forex. This fee will be billed monthly at a price of 124.99 USDT. You get 8 points when you purchase this plan.

Ultimate Pro Plan:Requires 10000 USD Investment in Forex. This fee will be billed monthly at a price of 249.99 USDT. You get 12 points when you purchase this plan.

11. The cost of the service is the Monthly fee, "AI Rental" does not charge any additional commission in the Basic, Deluxe, Ultimate, and Professional plans.

12. In case GPTBOT-AIRENTAL is disconnected due to non-payment of the service, the lessee will not be able to reconnect it. The API will be marked as unavailable by the system.

13. Important: Transactions with and currencies are complex and carry a significant risk of loss due to market volatility. According to recent statistics, 82% of retail investors suffer losses when trading on exchanges. Therefore, it is crucial to assess your ability to take these risks before investing. Additionally, AI Rental, being an artificial intelligence tool, does not guarantee success in operations.

14. "AI Rental" is not responsible for the actions of GPTBOT-AIRENTAL, programmed or accidental. Without limitation, and merely as an example, it is not responsible for operational losses, bankruptcies due to unforeseen cryptocurrency price fluctuations, consequences of computer failures, or communication failures.

15. "AI Rental" may perform safe disconnections of GPTBOT-AIRENTAL, stopping operations, during periods deemed necessary. The reasons may include excessive cryptocurrency volatility, maintenance of computer systems, difficulties connecting by User Key with the Broker, and any other reason considered sufficient for the stop.

16. https://airental.pro is the interface for managing the AI, "AI Rental" is not responsible for the proper functioning of the website or the actions taken by the lessee through this means. For any communication, clarification, or instance, the established support channels must be used, https://cpanel.airental.pro/

17. This contract has a monthly duration, automatically renewable for monthly periods if neither party notifies the other otherwise 20 days prior to the monthly expiration.

18. The breach of any clause of this contract will result in its immediate termination with mere communication to the breaching party.

In the event of any possible breach by the lessee, "AI Rental" is authorized to stop operations until the dispute is resolved.

The lessee has a customer service system for any discrepancy and commits to using it. The parties agree that any discrepancy that arises between the leasing parties, without prejudice to the procedural rules that are legally of preferential application, will be resolved in a preliminary instance by an independent audit whose costs will be borne by the applicant for the resolution. The selection process will involve each party appointing a technician, and these will agree on the choice of a third party, from whom the resolution agreement will be derived, which the parties agree to assume, without prejudice to subsequent judicial instances.
